School Engagement

What better way to start the new academic year than with an inspirational and educational visit to the 2018 School Games. A range of exciting and innovative opportunities are on offer, so why not combine your sport spectating with a memorable, thought provoking experience at the inspirational Loughborough University campus.

Primary Schools

On Friday 31st August, inspire your pupils with a visit to Loughborough University to take in the action-packed sport on offer.

There’s something on offer for everyone, from traditional hockey and netball to wheelchair basketball and the brand new laser run. Primary schools can also access our free resource pack, with fun activities to do with your pupils during the visit.

See what sports are on offer and book your spectator tickets. School tickets are only £1 per spectator.

Secondary schools

On Friday 31st August, Loughborough University will not only be hosting the iconic School Games, but will also be opening up it’s facilities to deliver curriculum focused workshops and holistic health and wellbeing sessions to local secondary schools.

The 1 hour workshops and sessions are at no additional cost to spectating school groups and are aimed at KS3 and GCSE PE students.

So why not make the most of your visit and combine sport spectating with a workshop or session that will support your pupil’s knowledge, skills and understanding and wider awareness of health and wellbeing issues.
