The School Games National Finals are the perfect opportunity for you to experience a mini-Olympics, take part in a Celebration Ceremony, spectate other sporting events and stay in fantastic team accommodation, competing on behalf of your country in this four-day competition.
The Athlete Education Programme is at the heart of the 2018 School Games, providing a unique learning experience that prepares the athletes competing for future sporting success.
The School Games has seen many of its athletes go on to achieve the highest sporting accolades and success on national and international stages. Inspirational athletes including Ellie Simmonds, Jonnie Peacock and Hannah Cockroft represented Paralympics GB at the London 2012 Paralympic Games while many more have competed at World Championships, European Championships and National Finals.
Committed to providing a safe place for athletes to excel, the 2018 School Games will have Safeguarding procedures in place to ensure that all participating athletes enjoy their experience.
We want young athletes to have the opportunity to maximise their performance and experience a large sporting even, within a safe competitive sporting environment.
